The road from Shenzhen to Qionghai crosses the Pearl River Delta, passes through the Guangdong coastline, and ends in Hainan's eastern region. It follows the Shenhai Expressway (G15), a route that includes the 6.8-km-long Humen Bridge, which spans the Pearl River estuary.
