The road from Bellinzona to Tossa de Mar follows ancient trade routes that once connected the Alpine passes to the Mediterranean. The stretch through the Rhône valley mirrors the path of the Roman Via Augusta. This journey covers over 800 kilometers across Switzerland, France, and Spain.
