This route traverses three states, crosses the Continental Divide, and descends from the Rocky Mountains to the Pacific Ocean. Along the way, you'll encounter everything from glacier-carved valleys to temperate rainforests.

The journey begins in the Flathead Valley, dominated by the jagged peaks of Glacier National Park. As you drive south on US-93, you'll parallel the Swan Mountain Range and pass through the Salish and Kootenai tribes' Flathead Reservation.
