The Meuse River valley near Namur is a highlight with its limestone cliffs and the Citadel of Namur, a UNESCO World Heritage site (part of the Wallonian fortifications).

Between Namur and Bastogne, the landscape turns wilder. The Ourthe River valley offers viewpoints like the Roche-à-Frêne. Local commerce thrives in villages such as Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne, known for their outdoor markets, stone houses, and artisan bakeries.
